Murmur Bar opened in February 2004. A heritage listed property located in a quiet alley in the Melbourne CBD,  the venue has been through a number of incarnations in its 120 year history. Originally operated as a Coffee Import Warehouse, Murmur retains a number of features from that time – most noticeably the original crane and trapdoor that create some of the main features of Murmur Bar. Since opening, we’ve developed a reputation for producing the highest quality cocktails in Melbourne. Our beer list with over 25 international labels to choose from is second to none.
